Description

A delightful no-bake dessert featuring a creamy cheesecake filling with fresh strawberries and a crunchy graham cracker crust.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1/2 cup strawberry sauce
  • Whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease the sides of a springform pan.
  2. Mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter until it resembles wet sand. Press into the bottom of the 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla extract; mix until fluffy.
  4. Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold it into the cream cheese mixture gently.
  5. Fold in the chopped strawberries.
  6. Spread the cheesecake mixture over the crust and swirl in strawberry sauce.
  7. Chill for at least 4 hours until set.
  8. Remove the springform pan. Serve with whipped cream and extra strawberries.

Notes

Use fresh strawberries for the best flavor. Let cheesecake sit at room temperature before slicing for cleaner cuts.
