- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1/2 cup strawberry sauce
- Whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease the sides of a springform pan.
- Mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter until it resembles wet sand. Press into the bottom of the 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla extract; mix until fluffy.
- Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold it into the cream cheese mixture gently.
- Fold in the chopped strawberries.
- Spread the cheesecake mixture over the crust and swirl in strawberry sauce.
- Chill for at least 4 hours until set.
- Remove the springform pan. Serve with whipped cream and extra strawberries.
Notes
Use fresh strawberries for the best flavor. Let cheesecake sit at room temperature before slicing for cleaner cuts.
