Instructions
- In a blender or food processor, combine the cottage cheese, strawberries, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl and cover with plastic wrap or a lid.
- Freeze for about 2-3 hours until firm, stirring every hour to ensure a smooth texture.
- Once firm, scoop out your homemade strawberry cottage cheese ice cream and serve in bowls. Enjoy!

For a smoother texture, blend longer and ensure no lumps remain. Adjust sweetness before freezing if desired.
