- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix until well combined.
- If using white chocolate chips, gently fold them into the dough. Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts of dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden. Allow to cool slightly and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days. For longer storage, freeze in a freezer-safe bag separated by parchment paper for up to 3 months.
