Description

Colorful, bite-sized treats perfect for St. Patrick’s Day celebrations.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box of cake mix
  • 1 cup of frosting
  • Candy melts (green and white)
  • Lollipop sticks
  • Sprinkles (optional for decoration)
  • St. Patrick’s Day themed decorations (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cake mix according to package instructions and bake in the oven. Allow to cool completely.
  2. Crumble the cooled cake into a large bowl. Add frosting to the crumbled cake and mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet. Insert lollipop sticks into each ball and freeze for about 30 minutes.
  4. Melt the candy melts according to package instructions. Dip each cake pop into the melted candy, allowing excess to drip off. Decorate with sprinkles or other decorations as desired. Allow the candy coating to harden before serving. Enjoy your festive treats!
