Description

A delightful flatbread pizza topped with fresh spinach and creamy feta cheese, perfect for quick meals.


Ingredients

  • 1 flatbread
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the fresh spinach to the pan, cooking until wilted. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the flatbread on a baking sheet. Spread the sautéed spinach evenly over the flatbread.
  5. Sprinkle the crumbled feta and shredded mozzarella cheese evenly on top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Remove from the oven, let cool for a moment, then slice and serve.
