- 1 flatbread
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the fresh spinach to the pan, cooking until wilted. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place the flatbread on a baking sheet. Spread the sautéed spinach evenly over the flatbread.
- Sprinkle the crumbled feta and shredded mozzarella cheese evenly on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Remove from the oven, let cool for a moment, then slice and serve.
