Description

A creamy and cheesy dip combining spinach and artichokes, perfect for gatherings or as an appetizer.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the thawed spinach, chopped artichokes, softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir until creamy and smooth.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
  4. Remove from the oven and let cool for a minute. Serve warm with tortilla chips or crusty bread.

Notes

For extra cheesiness, add more mozzarella or cheddar cheese. Make sure the spinach is well-drained to avoid watery dip.
