- 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the thawed spinach, chopped artichokes, softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir until creamy and smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a minute. Serve warm with tortilla chips or crusty bread.
Notes
For extra cheesiness, add more mozzarella or cheddar cheese. Make sure the spinach is well-drained to avoid watery dip.
