Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, well-drained and chopped
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly grease an 8-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, blend the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Fold in the spinach, artichoke hearts, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic, salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes.
  4. Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake for 20 to 25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
  5. Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or sliced baguette.
