Delicious and cheesy spinach artichoke bites that are perfect for parties and gatherings.
Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 package of phyllo pastry or wonton wrappers
- Cooking spray or olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan, mozzarella, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- If using phyllo pastry, cut into squares and layer them. For wonton wrappers, place them in a greased muffin tin.
- Fill each wrapper with the spinach-artichoke mixture. Spray or brush tops with cooking spray or olive oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Let cool for a minute before serving.
Notes
For gluten-free, use certified gluten-free wonton wrappers or phyllo pastry. You can prepare ahead and keep them in the fridge before baking.
