Description

Delicious and cheesy spinach artichoke bites that are perfect for parties and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 package of phyllo pastry or wonton wrappers
  • Cooking spray or olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan, mozzarella, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. If using phyllo pastry, cut into squares and layer them. For wonton wrappers, place them in a greased muffin tin.
  4. Fill each wrapper with the spinach-artichoke mixture. Spray or brush tops with cooking spray or olive oil.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Let cool for a minute before serving.

Notes

For gluten-free, use certified gluten-free wonton wrappers or phyllo pastry. You can prepare ahead and keep them in the fridge before baking.
