- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Cornmeal for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Gather all your ingredients and equipment.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and transfer to a pizza stone or baking sheet dusted with cornmeal.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a border.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese generously over the sauce. Pipe cream cheese in a spiral pattern from the center outward and draw lines for the web effect.
- Add black olives, pepperoni, and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
- Let cool, then slice and serve with a plastic spider decoration if desired.
Notes
For a crispier crust, bake directly on a pizza stone. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
