Description
A deliciously spooky twist on a classic dip, Spiderweb Guacamole is a vibrant green dip blended with creamy avocados, zesty lime, and fresh ingredients, elegantly decorated with a sour cream spiderweb.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Tortilla chips for serving
- Sour cream for spiderweb decoration
Instructions
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
- Mash the avocados with a fork until smooth or to your desired consistency.
- Add lime juice, diced onion, diced tomato, chopped cilantro, and salt. Mix well to combine.
- Transfer the guacamole to a serving bowl. Using sour cream, pipe out a spiderweb design on top of the guacamole. Serve with tortilla chips.
Notes
For a spicier version, add minced garlic or diced jalapeños. To prevent browning, add more lime juice if storing leftovers.
