Description

A deliciously spooky twist on a classic dip, Spiderweb Guacamole is a vibrant green dip blended with creamy avocados, zesty lime, and fresh ingredients, elegantly decorated with a sour cream spiderweb.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Tortilla chips for serving
  • Sour cream for spiderweb decoration

Instructions

  1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
  2. Mash the avocados with a fork until smooth or to your desired consistency.
  3. Add lime juice, diced onion, diced tomato, chopped cilantro, and salt. Mix well to combine.
  4. Transfer the guacamole to a serving bowl. Using sour cream, pipe out a spiderweb design on top of the guacamole. Serve with tortilla chips.

Notes

For a spicier version, add minced garlic or diced jalapeños. To prevent browning, add more lime juice if storing leftovers.
