Delightful Spider Deviled Eggs that are not just a treat for your palate but also a feast for your eyes, perfect for Halloween gatherings!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Black olives for decoration
  • Cooked spaghetti or black licorice for spider legs

Instructions

  1. Start by hard boiling the eggs in a pot of water, simmering for 10-12 minutes. Then cool them in an ice bath for 5-10 minutes.
  2. Peel the eggs, cut them in half, and remove the yolks. Mix yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper until creamy.
  3. Fill egg whites with the yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
  4. Decorate with black olives for spiders and use spaghetti or licorice for legs before serving.

Notes

For easy peeling, use eggs that are a few days old. Feel free to experiment with toppings like paprika or fresh herbs.
