- 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 green onion, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat the sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat until it shimmers.
- Add the minced garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant for about 1-2 minutes.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula for about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the soy sauce and gochujang, cooking for another 2-3 minutes until combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with chopped green onion and serve warm.
Notes
For an even richer flavor, let the beef marinate in soy sauce and gochujang for about 30 minutes before cooking.
