- 4 ripe pears, peeled and sliced
- 2 cups mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced pears and mixed berries. Toss gently to mix.
- In another bowl, mix the oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Add the softened butter and create a crumbly texture.
- Pour the fruit mixture into a greased baking dish and spread the crumble mixture evenly over the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly. Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days or refrigerate for up to a week.
