Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the chopped onions and minced garlic until translucent.
- Add the thinly sliced beef to the skillet and cook until browned, stirring regularly.
- Stir in the sliced mushrooms and let them cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, then let simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Reduce the heat and stir in the sour cream until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve over cooked egg noodles and garnish with fresh parsley.
Notes
