Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl and set aside.
  3. Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla and almond extracts.
  5. Gradually blend the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Fold in the colorful sprinkles until evenly distributed.
  7. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased cookie sheets, leaving space between each.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden brown.
