Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cooked chicken breasts, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon Southwest seasoning
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup cheese, shredded (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1/2 cup ranch or creamy dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix the shredded chicken with the Southwest seasoning to ensure even coating.
  2. Lay out the tortillas flat and spread ranch or creamy dressing on each.
  3. Distribute seasoned chicken, chopped lettuce, halved tomatoes, sliced onion, and shredded cheese on each tortilla.
  4. Roll the tortillas tightly from one end to the other, tucking in the sides.
  5. Cut each wrap in half for easy handling and serve immediately.

Notes

These wraps are best served fresh, but can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat the filling before reassembling the wrap.
