Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced peaches, sugar, lemon juice, and ground cinnamon. Stir gently to coat the peaches and set aside.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Add the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract, mixing until just combined.
