Description
Soft, chewy, and bursting with flavor, these bars combine tart cranberries with sweet white chocolate and a hint of orange zest.

- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- Additional cranberries and melted white chocolate for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine melted butter and brown sugar, whisk until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; stir until fully incorporated.
- Stir in flour and ground ginger until just combined. Fold in white chocolate chips and cranberries. Spread batter in prepared pan and bake for 20–24 minutes.
- Allow bars to cool before preparing frosting with cream cheese, powdered sugar, and orange zest. Spread frosting over cooled bars and top with cranberries and melted white chocolate.
- Chill bars for easier slicing, then cut into triangles and serve.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to three days. For longer storage, refrigerate for up to one week or freeze for up to three months.
