S’mores Bars

Description

A delightful treat that captures the classic flavors of s’mores in a convenient baked form, perfect for gatherings and satisfying sweet cravings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chocolate syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the baking dish and bake for 10 minutes until lightly golden.
  4. Remove the crust and sprinkle chocolate chips and mini marshmallows on top, then bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until toasted.
  5. Drizzle with chocolate syrup if desired, let cool, cut into squares, and enjoy!

Notes

For a richer treat, use a mix of semi-sweet and dark chocolate chips. Store bars in an airtight container for up to 4 days at room temperature.
