- 1 lb pretzel dough

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out pieces of pretzel dough into small circles, about 3-4 inches in diameter.
- Place a spoonful of smoked brisket and a spoonful of beer cheese dip in the center of each circle.
- Fold the dough over the filling to seal into a ball shape, pinching the edges tightly.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg and sprinkle with coarse sea salt.
