Description

Delicious bite-sized pretzel bombs filled with smoky brisket and creamy beer cheese, perfect for game day or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb smoked brisket, chopped
  • 1 cup beer cheese dip
  • 1 lb pretzel dough
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Coarse sea salt (for sprinkling)
  • Mustard (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out pieces of pretzel dough into small circles, about 3-4 inches in diameter.
  3. Place a spoonful of smoked brisket and a spoonful of beer cheese dip in the center of each circle.
  4. Fold the dough over the filling to seal into a ball shape, pinching the edges tightly.
  5. Brush the tops with beaten egg and sprinkle with coarse sea salt.
  6. Arrange on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm with mustard on the side.
