Description

Tender, juicy BBQ ribs cooked slowly in a slow cooker for maximum flavor and minimal effort.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds pork ribs
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the ribs into smaller pieces to fit in the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, mix together BBQ sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the ribs with the sauce mixture and place them in the slow cooker. Cook on low for 6-8 hours until tender.
  4. Serve with additional BBQ sauce on the side.

Notes

For extra smoky flavor, add smoked paprika. For heat, incorporate cayenne pepper. Let ribs rest before serving for juiciness.
