- 2 pounds pork ribs
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut the ribs into smaller pieces to fit in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix together BBQ sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the ribs with the sauce mixture and place them in the slow cooker. Cook on low for 6-8 hours until tender.
- Serve with additional BBQ sauce on the side.
Notes
For extra smoky flavor, add smoked paprika. For heat, incorporate cayenne pepper. Let ribs rest before serving for juiciness.
