- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth

Instructions
- Add the olive oil and minced garlic to a slow cooker.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and dried thyme, then place them in the slow cooker on top of the garlic.
- Pour the chicken broth over the chicken. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Once done, shred the chicken in the sauce, stir to combine, and serve with fresh parsley garnish.
Notes
For enhanced flavor, consider marinating the chicken in garlic and olive oil for a couple of hours before cooking. This recipe is gluten-free.
