Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes to the melted butter, sautéing until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Cook the shrimp in the skillet until they turn pink, roughly 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in the white wine and lemon juice, seasoning with salt and pepper. Let it cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to slightly thicken. Stir in the fresh parsley before removing from heat. Fill the rolls with the shrimp mixture and top with crisp lettuce. Serve immediately.
