Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and grease a baking sheet.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Whisk together until evenly blended.
- In another bowl, whisk milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until just combined; a few lumps are okay.
- Pour batter onto the prepared baking sheet and spread evenly. Bake for 20 minutes, or until set and lightly golden.
