Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and grease a baking sheet.
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Whisk together until evenly blended.
  3. In another bowl, whisk milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until just combined; a few lumps are okay.
  5. Pour batter onto the prepared baking sheet and spread evenly. Bake for 20 minutes, or until set and lightly golden.
