Ingredients
- Tortilla chips
- Shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
- Cooked and seasoned ground beef or turkey
- Black beans (canned, rinsed and drained)
- Jalapeños (sliced)
- Sour cream
- Guacamole
- Salsa
- Green onions (sliced)
- Cilantro (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Spread the tortilla chips evenly on a large sheet pan.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese generously over the chips.
- Evenly distribute the ground beef or turkey, black beans, and jalapeños on top of the cheese.
- Bake for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Top with sour cream, guacamole, salsa, green onions, and cilantro.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
