Description

Crispy tortilla chips topped with gooey cheese and a variety of flavorful toppings, perfect for parties or family dinners.


Ingredients

  • Tortilla chips
  • Shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
  • Cooked and seasoned ground beef or turkey
  • Black beans (canned, rinsed and drained)
  • Jalapeños (sliced)
  • Sour cream
  • Guacamole
  • Salsa
  • Green onions (sliced)
  • Cilantro (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Spread the tortilla chips evenly on a large sheet pan.
  3. Sprinkle the shredded cheese generously over the chips.
  4. Evenly distribute the ground beef or turkey, black beans, and jalapeños on top of the cheese.
  5. Bake for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Top with sour cream, guacamole, salsa, green onions, and cilantro.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!

For best results, arrange chips in a single layer to prevent sogginess.
