Description

A vibrant and flavorful one-pan meal combining tender tortellini, nutritious broccoli, and juicy cherry tomatoes, all topped with melted cheese.


Ingredients

  • 12 oz cheese tortellini
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. On a large sheet pan, combine the tortellini, broccoli florets, and halved cherry tomatoes.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat and spread evenly.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the broccoli is tender and tortellini is browned.
  5. Remove from oven and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan. Bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  6. Garnish with fresh basil if desired, and serve warm.
