- 12 oz cheese tortellini
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh basil, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- On a large sheet pan, combine the tortellini, broccoli florets, and halved cherry tomatoes.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat and spread evenly.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the broccoli is tender and tortellini is browned.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan. Bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with fresh basil if desired, and serve warm.
Notes
