Description

A delightful chicken salad featuring crunchy dill pickles and tender shredded chicken, perfect for lunch or dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup dill pickles, diced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, shred the cooked chicken if you haven’t already done so.
  2. Add the diced dill pickles, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, finely chopped red onion, and fresh dill to the bowl with the chicken. Stir until well combined.
  3. Taste the mixture and season with salt and pepper. Mix again to distribute evenly.
  4. For best flavor, cover and let chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
