- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup dill pickles, diced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, shred the cooked chicken if you haven’t already done so.
- Add the diced dill pickles, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, finely chopped red onion, and fresh dill to the bowl with the chicken. Stir until well combined.
- Taste the mixture and season with salt and pepper. Mix again to distribute evenly.
- For best flavor, cover and let chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve on lettuce, in sandwiches, or as a side dish. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
