Instructions
- In a bowl, combine sushi rice, rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Mix well until the rice is evenly coated and slightly sticky.
- Shape the rice mixture into small squares or circles for easy serving.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and fry the rice bites until crispy on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- In another bowl, mix diced salmon with soy sauce and sesame oil until well-coated.
