Instructions
- Combine flour, minced garlic, rosemary, salt, pepper, and yeast in a large mixing bowl.
- Pour in the water and mix until a sticky, wet dough forms.
- Cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap and let it rise for 18-24 hours.
- Grease a 10-inch cast iron skillet with oil and sprinkle with cornmeal.
- Transfer the dough to a floured surface and shape it into a round.
- Place the dough in the prepared skillet, cover, and let rise for 2 hours.
- Preheat your oven to 450°F and bake the bread for 30-40 minutes.
