Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons cornmeal

Instructions

  1. Combine flour, minced garlic, rosemary, salt, pepper, and yeast in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Pour in the water and mix until a sticky, wet dough forms.
  3. Cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap and let it rise for 18-24 hours.
  4. Grease a 10-inch cast iron skillet with oil and sprinkle with cornmeal.
  5. Transfer the dough to a floured surface and shape it into a round.
  6. Place the dough in the prepared skillet, cover, and let rise for 2 hours.
  7. Preheat your oven to 450°F and bake the bread for 30-40 minutes.
