- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can (10 oz) Rotel tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 block (16 oz) cream cheese
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tortilla chips for serving
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add the Rotel tomatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir to combine.
- Cut the cream cheese into cubes and add to the skillet, stirring until melted and well mixed.
- Add the shredded cheddar cheese and mix until melted and smooth. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave or on the stove over low heat.
