Description

A creamy, cheesy dip combining Rotel tomatoes with hearty ground beef, perfect for parties or a cozy night in.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can (10 oz) Rotel tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 block (16 oz) cream cheese
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Tortilla chips for serving

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add the Rotel tomatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir to combine.
  3. Cut the cream cheese into cubes and add to the skillet, stirring until melted and well mixed.
  4. Add the shredded cheddar cheese and mix until melted and smooth. Serve warm with tortilla chips.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave or on the stove over low heat.
