Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels.
- Rub the olive oil all over the turkey breast, seasoning with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, and rosemary.
- Place the seasoned turkey in a roasting pan and pour chicken broth around it. Roast for 1.5 to 2 hours until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let the turkey rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
