  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels.
  2. Rub the olive oil all over the turkey breast, seasoning with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, and rosemary.
  3. Place the seasoned turkey in a roasting pan and pour chicken broth around it. Roast for 1.5 to 2 hours until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  4. Let the turkey rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.

Notes

For best results, let the turkey breast come to room temperature before cooking. Basting halfway through can enhance flavor and moisture.
