Description

Delightfully sweet and tart, these Raspberry Streusel Bars feature a buttery crust and a crumbly streusel topping, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8-inch square baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, oats, brown sugar, butter, baking powder, and salt until crumbly.
  3. Press half of the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, mix fresh raspberries, sugar, and lemon juice, then pour over the crust.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining crumb mixture over the raspberry layer.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and bubbling.
  7. Allow to cool in the dish before cutting into squares.

Notes
