Description

Indulgent brownies combining rich chocolate and tart raspberries for a delightful dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Beat in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt until incorporated. Gently fold in the fresh raspberries.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
  5. Cool in the pan for at least 15 minutes before cutting into squares and serving.

Notes

Serve warm, at room temperature, or chilled. Great with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
