Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1 green onion, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cucumber salad (for serving)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked.
  2. Once the beef is browned, drain the excess fat from the skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, add soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Finally, season your dish with salt and pepper to taste. Serve it hot with cucumber salad.

Notes

For a deeper flavor, let the ground beef marinate in soy sauce and brown sugar before cooking. Add red pepper flakes for spice.
