A delightful treat combining the festive flavors of cranberry with savory meat, perfect for holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, chopped onion, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into small meatballs.
  3. Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. In a separate bowl, mix together cranberry sauce, BBQ sauce, and soy sauce. Pour the sauce over the meatballs.
  4. Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until cooked through and browned. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Meatballs can be made with ground turkey or chicken for a lighter version. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
