- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, chopped onion, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into small meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. In a separate bowl, mix together cranberry sauce, BBQ sauce, and soy sauce. Pour the sauce over the meatballs.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until cooked through and browned. Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Meatballs can be made with ground turkey or chicken for a lighter version. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
