  • 6 corn tortillas
  • 1 cup pico de gallo
  • 1 avocado, diced

  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Pat chicken dry, drizzle with olive oil, and rub with taco seasoning.
  2. Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat and cook chicken for 5–7 minutes per side until thoroughly cooked.
  3. Let chicken rest for 5 minutes, then slice into thin strips.
