- 1 (15 oz) can pumpkin puree
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt until well combined.
- Pour the pumpkin mixture into the unbaked pie crust.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
- Reduce the temperature to 350°F (175°C) and continue baking for an additional 40-50 minutes, or until the filling is set and a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the pie cool, then serve with whipped cream if desired.
Notes
Make sure your ingredients are fresh for the best flavor. If desired, add a little vanilla extract for a richer taste. Cool completely before slicing for clean cuts.
