Description

A colorful and creamy fruit salad that combines vanilla pudding with fresh fruits and mini marshmallows for a delightful treat.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 can (15 oz) fruit cocktail, drained
  • 1 cup diced strawberries
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup whipped cream or Cool Whip
  • Optional: chopped nuts for topping

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the instant pudding mix and milk until smooth. Allow the mixture to sit for about 5 minutes until it thickens.
  2. Fold in the fruit cocktail, diced strawberries, sliced banana, mini marshmallows, and whipped cream until well combined.
  3. If desired, sprinkle chopped nuts on top for added crunch and texture.
  4. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
