- 1 cup whole wheat flour (heat treated)
- ½ cup vanilla protein powder
- ⅓ cup pure maple syrup
- 2 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
- 2–4 tbsp milk of choice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup mini chocolate chips (for Chocolate Chip flavor)
- ¾ cup whole wheat flour (heat treated, for Chocolate flavor)
- ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder (for Chocolate flavor)
- ½ cup chocolate protein powder (for Chocolate flavor)
- ¼ cup rainbow sprinkles (for Funfetti flavor)
Instructions
- Heat the flour in a microwave-safe bowl for 60-90 seconds until it reaches 165°F.
- Combine the heated flour with the protein powder in a mixing bowl. For the chocolate flavor, add cocoa powder.
- Add the maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and 2 tablespoons of milk. Stir until smooth.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips or rainbow sprinkles based on your preferred flavor.
- Refrigerate for 4-5 days before enjoying!
