Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour (heat treated)
  • ½ cup vanilla protein powder
  • ⅓ cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
  • 24 tbsp milk of choice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips (for Chocolate Chip flavor)
  • ¾ cup whole wheat flour (heat treated, for Chocolate flavor)
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder (for Chocolate flavor)
  • ½ cup chocolate protein powder (for Chocolate flavor)
  • ¼ cup rainbow sprinkles (for Funfetti flavor)

Instructions

  1. Heat the flour in a microwave-safe bowl for 60-90 seconds until it reaches 165°F.
  2. Combine the heated flour with the protein powder in a mixing bowl. For the chocolate flavor, add cocoa powder.
  3. Add the maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and 2 tablespoons of milk. Stir until smooth.
  4. Fold in the mini chocolate chips or rainbow sprinkles based on your preferred flavor.
  5. Refrigerate for 4-5 days before enjoying!

Notes

Great as a topping or standalone snack. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4-5 days.
