Description

A nutritious and delicious protein-packed banana bread, naturally sweetened and perfect for a healthy snack or breakfast.


Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup protein powder
  • 2 cups oats
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas.
  3. Add the protein powder, oats, almond butter, eggs, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt to the mashed bananas and mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread it evenly.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Slice and enjoy!

Notes

For best flavor and sweetness, use ripe bananas. Customizable with nuts or chocolate chips.
