- 3 ripe bananas
- 1 cup protein powder
- 2 cups oats
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas.
- Add the protein powder, oats, almond butter, eggs, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt to the mashed bananas and mix until well combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Slice and enjoy!
Notes
For best flavor and sweetness, use ripe bananas. Customizable with nuts or chocolate chips.
