Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes, sour cream, shredded cheese, milk, melted butter, salt, pepper, and optional chopped onions. Mix well until evenly coated.
- Transfer the potato mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly. Top with breadcrumbs.
