  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

  • 1/2 cup chopped onions (optional)
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes, sour cream, shredded cheese, milk, melted butter, salt, pepper, and optional chopped onions. Mix well until evenly coated.
