Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 1 1/2 cups warm water
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons salt

  3. Kneading: Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 5-7 minutes until it’s smooth and elastic.
  4. Rising: Place the kneaded dough in a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
  5. Rolling Out: After the dough has risen, punch it down gently and roll it out to your desired thickness.
  6. Baking: Add your favorite toppings and bake at 475°F (245°C) for 12-15 minutes.

Notes

Use high-quality flour for better flavor. You can also let the dough rise in the fridge for enhanced taste.
