Description

A delicious and shareable pizza-inspired dip made with cream cheese, marinara, and melty cheese, perfect for parties or a cozy night in.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley or basil (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder until smooth and creamy.
  2. Spread the creamy mixture evenly in the bottom of a baking dish.
  3. Layer the marinara sauce over the cream cheese mixture, then sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan on top.
  4. Add mini pepperoni slices to cover the cheese layer.
  5. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for about 20 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
  6. Let cool slightly, then garnish with chopped parsley or basil before serving.

Notes

Serve hot with tortilla chips, sliced baguette, or fresh veggies. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
