Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • Cooking spray or extra butter for the pan

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, mix the milk, egg, and melted butter until combined.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet and grease it. Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake, cooking until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  5. Serve warm with maple syrup and toppings of your choice.

Notes
