- 1/2 cup chopped pistachios
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, chopped pistachios, almond butter, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well.
- Press the mixture firmly into a lined baking dish, spreading it evenly. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool completely before slicing into squares.
