Description

A delightful combination of chewy oats and crunchy pistachios, sweetened with honey or maple syrup. Perfect for a nutritious snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup chopped pistachios
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, chopped pistachios, almond butter, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into a lined baking dish, spreading it evenly. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Allow to cool completely before slicing into squares.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week or refrigerate for up to two weeks. Freeze for longer storage.
