Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla, mixing well.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing gently. Fold in chopped pistachios and dried cranberries.
- Transfer dough to the baking sheet and shape into a wreath. Brush with egg wash and bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown.
- Allow cooling before dusting with powdered sugar (if desired).
