  • Pink food coloring
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, salt, and nutmeg.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, vegetable oil, eggs, vanilla extract, and pink food coloring.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Fill each donut cavity about 2/3 full with batter.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden on top.
  7. Let donuts cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
  8. For the glaze, mix powdered sugar and milk until smooth.
  9. Dip the tops of cooled donuts in glaze and sprinkle with colorful decorations.
