Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
- In a bowl, mix the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, salt, and nutmeg.
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, vegetable oil, eggs, vanilla extract, and pink food coloring.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Fill each donut cavity about 2/3 full with batter.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden on top.
- Let donuts cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
- For the glaze, mix powdered sugar and milk until smooth.
- Dip the tops of cooled donuts in glaze and sprinkle with colorful decorations.
