A refreshing and vibrant slushy made with fresh pineapple and strawberries, perfect for hot summer days.
Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
- 1/4 cup honey or agave syrup
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1/2 cup coconut water or plain water
- 1 tbsp lime juice
Instructions
- Start by preparing your fresh ingredients. Wash the strawberries thoroughly, hull them, and cut your pineapple into chunks if not pre-cut.
- In a blender, combine the hulled strawberries, 1/4 cup of honey or agave syrup, and half of the ice cubes. Blend until smooth, adding coconut water if needed for consistency.
- Rinse the blender and blend the fresh pineapple chunks, remaining ice cubes, 1/2 cup of coconut water, and lime juice until smooth.
- In a glass, pour some strawberry puree followed by pineapple slush and swirl together gently for a marbled effect.
Notes
Choose ripe fruits for maximum sweetness. Adjust sweetness as per preference, and feel free to customize with other fruits.
