A refreshing blend of pineapple and strawberry slushies, perfect for hot summer days.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup pineapple juice or water
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup strawberry juice or water
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the frozen pineapple chunks, pineapple juice (or water), and optional honey. Blend until smooth and thick.
  2. Rinse out the blender, then add the frozen strawberries, strawberry juice (or water), and honey if desired. Blend until smooth and thick.
  3. In a tall glass, alternate spoonfuls of the pineapple slush and the strawberry slush. Swirl together for a marbled look.
  4. Serve immediately with a straw and enjoy. Add a garnish of fresh fruit or mint leaves if desired.

Notes

For a frosty consistency, freeze fruits overnight. Adjust sweetness to taste and consider adding a splash of lime juice for extra zest.
