- 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 cup pineapple juice or water
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- 1 cup strawberry juice or water
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the frozen pineapple chunks, pineapple juice (or water), and optional honey. Blend until smooth and thick.
- Rinse out the blender, then add the frozen strawberries, strawberry juice (or water), and honey if desired. Blend until smooth and thick.
- In a tall glass, alternate spoonfuls of the pineapple slush and the strawberry slush. Swirl together for a marbled look.
- Serve immediately with a straw and enjoy. Add a garnish of fresh fruit or mint leaves if desired.
Notes
For a frosty consistency, freeze fruits overnight. Adjust sweetness to taste and consider adding a splash of lime juice for extra zest.
