Description

A light and fluffy dessert combining sweet crushed pineapple and rich coconut cream, perfect for warm days and special occasions.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 packet gelatin (optional for setting)
  • Graham cracker crust (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix crushed pineapple with sugar, coconut cream, vanilla extract, and salt until everything is well combined.
  2. If you’re using gelatin for added texture, dissolve it in a small amount of warm water and incorporate it into the pineapple mixture.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped cream into the pineapple mixture until it’s fully combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a prepared graham cracker crust or serve in individual cups. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
  5. Before serving, sprinkle with shredded coconut or top with pineapple slices for an appealing presentation.

Notes

Ensure whipped cream is well-stiffened for best texture. Drain crushed pineapple well to avoid excess moisture.
