Instructions
- In a bowl, mix crushed pineapple with sugar, coconut cream, vanilla extract, and salt until everything is well combined.
- If you’re using gelatin for added texture, dissolve it in a small amount of warm water and incorporate it into the pineapple mixture.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream into the pineapple mixture until it’s fully combined.
- Pour the mixture into a prepared graham cracker crust or serve in individual cups. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
- Before serving, sprinkle with shredded coconut or top with pineapple slices for an appealing presentation.
